Work Package 3 Consensus Building

The BIBLINK partners have carried out considerable research in the areas of metadata formats, identification schemes, conversion feasibility, transmission and authentication for electronic publications. These reports detail the decisions reached with regard to refinement of the scoping of the project and presents the results of research into the practices of the publishing communities in these same areas.

The consensus that has been reached between the partners and publishers is outlined and recommendations are made with regard to models for metadata exchange.
